Hi there! I'm Banna, a digital hobby artist based in the U.S. This is the year I am focusing all my energy into personal growth, and diving into the online art community by investing time into art challenges, starting with artfight! TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU, THE CLIENT, AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  
1.) Commissions are for personal use only and you, the client, may not use any of my art to make a profit.
2.) I, the artist, maintain the right to post your commission on any of my socials or portfolios unless requested otherwise.
3.) You, the client,  are not permitted  to use any of my work in blockchain-related technology, including NFT’s and cryptocurrency.
4.) You, the client, are not permitted  to use any of my work to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.
5.) You, the client,  are not permitted  to claim my work as your own.
6.) I, the artist, have the right to decline any commission for any reason.PAYMENTS
1.) All prices are in USD.
2.) Payments will be made through Ko-Fi, unless otherwise discussed.
3.) If, for whatever reason, you are not paying through Ko-Fi then you must be able to provide payment via PayPal Invoicing.REFUNDS
Please keep in mind:
1.) Due to PayPal fees, taxes, and/or transfer fees I  WILL NOT  be able to issue you a true 100% refund.
2.) Under the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel your commission before the sketch stage, 100% refunds will be issued as  close to full  as PayPal will allow me.
3.) Around a 50% refund will be issued if cancellation occurs after the initial sketch.
REFUNDS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE AFTER THE LINE ART STAGE.CHARGEBACKS
1.) All problems and malfunctions must be discussed with me first and foremost. Do not issue a chargeback for any reason.
2.) You, the client, are required to contact me, the artist, if you’d like to cancel a commission request.DEADLINES
1.) Generally commissions will be completed within 7-14 days, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way. More complex designs may take up to seven extra days.
2.) If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date, let me know and I will put you first! If I can’t complete it on time, a partial refund may be discussed.RESELLING
1.) You, the client, may not resell any art made by me for above the original price. Meaning that if you bought it for $15, the max you can sell it is $15.
2.) You, the client, must credit me as the original artist upon reselling.
